U-Run accepts three forms of payment. These include credit or debit cards supported by Visa or MasterCard, cash or check.

U-Run takes great pride in fitting their customers with the perfect shoe. If our customers are not completely satisfied with their shoe purchase we will gladly issue a store credit whenever possible. For sanitary reasons apparel and some accessories cannot be returned. All returns must be preauthorized by the store manager within 14 days from the date of receipt, and the merchandise must be in new condition (unwashed with no visible wear) and in the original packaging. Any manufacturing defect will have a 30 day return from the date of receipt.
